Can pilates help me lose weight?

Pilates can change your life in one session.  In your first pilates equipment session  you will gain a new understanding of your body, learn about functional movement and how working your muscles from the inside out will change your body.  You will feel so good that when you leave your first pilates  session you will want to change your lifestyle to a healthy one, you will want to exercise and eat healthy.   With that said, Pilates combined with a healthy diet, and aerobic exercise 3 times a week, will give you the body you want!  A Great Pilates Instructor will educate you and teach you what you need to do both mentally and physically to lose weight and feel great!
